- Emergency Planning Officer
- This Division shall assist the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Emergency training
- a. Executing training in preparation for national emergency situations
- b. Generalizing and controling plans to execute emergency training
- c. The allotment and execution of a budget for the Emergency Plan Officer's Room
- d. General affairs in the Emergency Plan Officer's Room
- 2. Emergency plans
- a. Establishing various plans in preparation against national emergency situations
- b. Controling emergency plans for the headquarters, affiliated organizations and subordinate bodies
- c. Operating and managing workplace reserve forces and the Civil Defense Corps
- d. accomplishing integrated defense duties and operating the workplace defense council
- e. Guiding and supervising the companies which mobilize subordinate bodies
- f. Taking overall charge of administrative affairs to cope with disasters (interior and exterior windows)
