- Finance Evaluation Team
- This Division shall assist the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer and the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Management
- a. Establishing, examining, and evaluating major business plans for the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer's Room
- b. The preparation and execution of the budget for the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer's Room
- c. Supplying and managing goods to the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer's Room
- d. applying agricultural and forestry projects execution provisions and projects enforcement guidelines
- e. Examining, evaluating, and supervising major business plans in compliance with the basic law on the evaluation of government business and others
- f. Taking overall charge of national issues and orders from the President and the Prime Minister
- g. Taking care of general affairs of the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer and matters which are not covered by other officers
- 2. Evaluation 1
- a. Evaluation of mid- and long-term investment and loan projects
- b. Taking overall charge of performance evaluation and concentration evaluation
- c. applying agricultural and forestry business evaluation provisions
- d. Improving an investment and loan system
- e. analyzing and evaluating agricultural and farming village investment and loan results
- f. Developing the techniques to evaluate investment and loan
- g. Operating the agricultural and forestry business examination and evaluation committee
- h. Evaluating agricultural and forestry projects for the Livestock Bureau
- 3. Evaluation 2
- a. Evaluating agricultural and forestry businesses for local governments
- b. Establishing and adjusting plans to support local specialization projects
- c. Evaluating agricultural and forestry projects for the Food Policy Bureau, the Farming Villages Policy Bureau, and the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer's Room
- 4. Evaluation 3
- a. analyzing the investment and loan feasibility of new agricultural and forestry projects
- b. Evaluating agricultural and forestry projects for the agricultural Structure Policy Bureau, the agricultural Product Distribution Bureau, and the International agriculture Bureau
- Statistics Planning Team
- This Division shall assist the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer and the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Statistical management
- a. Establishing agricultural statistical development plans and adjusting and guiding relevant businesses
- b. agricultural statistical quality management
- c. Preparing major statistics about agricultural and forestry industries and issuing an annual report on agricultural and forestry statistics
- d. Operating the agricultural information statistics examination committee
- e. General affairs of the department
- 2. Statistical planning
- a. Developing new agricultural statistical businesses
- b. Supervising and adjusting agricultural observation projects
- c. Operating the agriculture observation committee
- d. Improving agricultural statistic-related laws and regulations and systems
- 3. Statistical analysis
- a. Preparing production amount and production indices of agricultural and forestry industries
- b. Preparing and analyzing statistics about agriculture-related industries
- c. Collecting, analyzing, and processing the agricultural statistical data produced by other organizations
- d. Collecting and analyzing overseas agricultural statistics
- e. Exchanging and cooperating with foreign organizations for agricultural statistics
- f. treating import and export statistics for agricultural livestock products
- g. Government-approved statistics
- Information Planning Team
- This Division shall assist the Investment and Loan Evaluation Statistical Officer and the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Informatization management
- a. Guiding the operation of the agricultural and forestry marine information center
- b. Supporting a project to provide a bulletin board on line where opinions and suggestions are freely posted
- c. Operating the home page and e-mail system of the Ministry of agriculture and Forestry
- d. Education and evaluation on informatization of administration
- e. General affairs
- 2. Informatization planning
- a. Establishing and adjusting plans to informatize agriculture and farming villages
- b. Supervising the examination and evaluation of the informatization of agriculture and farming villages
- c. adjusting and supporting the informatization of subordinate organizations and bodies
- d. Taking overall charge of an informatization budget
- e. Improving agricultural informatization-related laws and regulations and systems
- 3. agricultural informatization
- a. Providing farmers with informatization education
- b. Expanding the information for agricultural and farming villages and supporting the operation of relevant systems
- c. Supporting the informatization of the distribution of agricultural and livestock products
- d. Providing relevant information to agricultural management bodies
- e. Improving the information and communications environment and forming the digital foundation in farming areas
- 4. Integrated information
- a. Developing and operating an integrated information system for agricultural and forestry projects
- b. Supporting the construction of the basic DB of an integrated information system (agrix)
- c. Supporting the informatization of agricultural administration for local governments
- d. Supporting the projects to develop agricultural and forestry technologies and joint projects to informatize farmers, consumers, and the government
- 5. Knowledge informatization
- a. Constructing an information system and managing a communications network
- b. Protecting the information and managing the security of computer system
- c. Operating knowledge management system, electronic approval system and data management system
- d. Establishing a comprehensive information system to ensure safety of agricultural and livestock products Supporting the construction of a comprehensive information system to secure the safety of agricultural and livestock foods
- e. Managing and operating the Policy Customer Relationship Management (PCRM)
- f. Supporting the businesses to informatize each office and bureau of the ministry
