- This Division shall assist the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Budget 1
- a. Supervising budget-related affairs
- b. Setting up and supervising budgets for tax revenues and annual expenditures in general accounts and special accounts
- c. Establishing a plan for national finances
- d. Managing a budget of subsidies provided from the national treasury
- e. The budget accounting system
- 2. Budget 2
- a. Managing tax revenues, redeeming debts, and executing budgets in special accounts to improve the structure of rural villages and manage agricultural special taxes
- b. Operating the laws on special accounts to improve the structure of rural villages and on the management of special taxes imposed on rural villages
- c. Setting up a budget of special accounts for the balanced development of the nation
- 3. Budget 3
- a. Supervising the funding affairs
- b. Re-allotting, transferring, appropriating, using, forwarding annual expenditure budgets and reserve funds
- c. The execution of finances
- d. Coping with the demands from the National Assembly regarding closing accounts
- Policy Planning Team
- The Policy Planning Team shall assist the Financial Planning Officer and the chief officer in relation to the following affairs.
- 1. Management
- a. Holding the staff meeting and various minister- or vice-minister-presided meetings
- b. The relocation of public organizations to local regions
- c. Drawing up and executing a budget for the operation of the Financial Planning Officer's Room
- d. Operating the policy examination meeting under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry
- e. Taking care of general affairs of the Financial Planning Officer's Room and matters which are not covered by other teams in the Financial Planning Officer's Room
- 2. Planning
- a. Establishing and comprehensively adjusting major business plans
- b. A report on pending issues of agricultural administration
- c. Preparing agricultural administration measures and various policy materials
- d. Producing audio-visual materials to advertise agricultural administration
- e. Preparing lecture materials and instruction materials on behalf of the minister and the vice-minister
- f. Taking care of all the orders of the minister
- 3. The demands from the National Assembly
- a. Taking overall charge of the affairs related to the National Assembly
- b. Taking overall charge of the affairs related to the National Assembly's Inspection
- c. Cooperation with various political parties
- d. Taking care of the affairs jointly pursued with other ministries regarding the National Assembly matters.
